A hidden gem in Madrid

Casa Du Soleil Hostal Boutique provided a warm atmosphere, with spacious rooms and a lovely common courtyard for guests to socialize. The staff were exceptionally helpful and the shared kitchen offered convenient snacking options. It was just a short walk to the metro, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.

However, there was no coffee or tea facilities in the rooms, which was a minor inconvenience. Additionally, the overhead fan in my room struggled to keep up, which occasionally disrupted my comfort during warmer nights.

I loved the spa-like decor and cozy community spaces. The kitchen snacks and coffee were a nice touch The area was safe and close to restaurants and a supermarket. I really enjoyed my stay here!

The overhead fan in the room didn’t work properly!!! The shower door leaked, creating a hassle!!! It would be nice to have some extras like a shoehorn or umbrellas for rainy days!!! Air conditioning shutting off frequently is quite annoying!!!

staying at casa du soleil hostal boutique was delightful. the staff were engaged and incredibly helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. the location is perfect, just a 20-minute walk to major attractions. we loved the clean shared kitchen bar that offered coffee and snacks, adding a homey touch to our stay.

The outstanding location provided easy access to key attractions, enhancing our experience. The beautifully designed ambiance contributed to a calming atmosphere after busy days. However, the room was somewhat cramped for our luggage, and the air conditioning struggled to cool adequately. Although there was no breakfast option available, we appreciated the complimentary coffee and cookies offered in the hotel lounge.

I loved how easy it was to check in early, and my room was decorated beautifully and felt very cozy. The sun terrace was a perfect spot to unwind with some drinks, and I also enjoyed the charming garden area. The only downside was the slightly rough street right outside, but it really didn’t take away from my stay at all. 😊
